Description
Christ Community Health Services is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide whole-person primary care in a faith-based Federally Qualified Health Center serving underserved patients in Memphis. The role includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, preventive and population health care, care coordination, documentation, quality improvement, patient access, and community outreach. Applicants must have an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility, an active unrestricted Tennessee medical license, current DEA registration, and current BLS certification; primary care and community health experience are preferred.
