DOCS Health is seeking Independent Contractor Physicians to support the Reserve Health Readiness Program by conducting physical health assessments for military personnel across the country on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities include reviewing health histories, service member medical records, and questionnaires; interviewing personnel about current and prior medical concerns; identifying urgent issues, including behavioral health; and documenting readiness classifications in medical records. The role requires an active medical state license, primary care experience, adaptability to high-volume environments, extended-hour availability, travel to various locations including remote military installations, and weekend availability. Diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of medication is not required.
