Description
The Physician provides outpatient primary care, continuity of care, health maintenance, disease prevention, medical recordkeeping, and specialist referrals. The role is patient-facing, part of Humana/Senior Bridge’s Tuberculosis screening program, and requires limited on-call coverage by phone. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of technical experience, state licensure, graduation from an accredited MD or DO program, and preferably Internal Medicine specialty or board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. The position offers 40 scheduled weekly hours and a starting base pay range of $255,000 to $298,500 per year, with a bonus incentive plan and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
