Physician at NextCare

NextCare is hiring a part-time Physician for its urgent care team in Marble Falls, Texas. The role requires at least four shifts per month, clinical autonomy, direct patient care, diagnostic and procedural work, EHR documentation, billing, and supervision and prescriptive delegation of up to seven Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. Compensation includes an hourly rate for clinic hours, a monthly stipend for each supervised APP, and additional stipends for full-time and part-time APPs. Required qualifications include an active unrestricted Texas medical license, MD or DO degree, relevant board certification or eligibility, DEA and BLS credentials, EHR proficiency, and willingness to supervise APPs in Texas.
