Prisma Health is hiring a non-management Physician for Prisma Health-University Medical Group at the Ortho - Hillcrest practice in the United States. The physician provides diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, defects, and injuries; prescribes treatments; maintains patient records and medical coding; shares after-hours call coverage; complies with medical, payer, and accreditation standards; maintains continuing medical education; and participates in teaching, research, quality assurance, utilization management, patient education, and community or organizational activities. A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, completed residency, board certification or eligibility, medical staff privileges, and South Carolina medical, controlled substance, and DEA credentials are required.
