Rezilient Health is seeking a Physician to join their innovative hybrid virtual model of patient-centered care. The physician will provide virtual primary and acute care, conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating conditions, managing follow-ups, and addressing urgent concerns. They will collaborate with on-site paramedics and specialty program teams to deliver integrated, coordinated treatment plans. The role involves working with virtual tools, connected diagnostic devices, and participating in peer collaboration.
