Premier Health is hiring a full-time Manager of Physician Contracting in Dayton, Ohio, to manage the full lifecycle of physician employment, service, and medical education agreements. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating review and approval with legal, compliance, finance, and executive leadership, maintaining contract records and databases, monitoring expirations and compliance deadlines, supporting audits, and improving contract processes. A bachelor’s degree is required, with relevant experience considered in lieu of formal education; an associate’s degree and significant paralegal or contract management experience may be considered, while 3–5 years of contract drafting experience is preferred. The position may offer a hybrid work environment subject to change and requires in-person work on required days.
