OnPoint Medical Group is hiring Physician Leads for its physician-led network throughout the Denver metropolitan area. The role offers flexible scheduling, including a true four-day work week at full time, no wRVU targets, reasonable patient volumes, mentorship, and leadership growth opportunities. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible through the American Board of Internal Medicine or American Board of Family Medicine, with strong communication, medical decision-making, and relationship-building skills. Compensation is $240,000-$280,000 plus incentive bonus opportunities, along with health, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
