Vituity is seeking a Physician Leadership Fellow for a full-time, remote, nationwide Physician Leaders Fellowship program. The fellow will participate in management and leadership experiences, join the senior and executive management team, collaborate on specialty-impacting products, and develop knowledge of clinical, financial, and regulatory issues. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Neurology, Anesthesia, or Psychiatry residency program. The program has produced Medical Directors, Quality and Performance Directors, Regional Directors, and the company’s current CMO, and offers benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA, life and AD&D coverage, profit distribution, and a 401K plan.
