Kettering Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for oncology health services in Wilmington, Ohio. This full-time position involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to synthesize evidence-based practices, conduct assessments, interpret diagnostics, diagnose conditions, and evaluate treatments for cancer patients. The role requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and continuous professional development. Appointed providers will also participate in quality assurance chart reviews, perform credentialed procedures, assess patient needs, develop differential diagnoses, implement treatment plans, and contribute to improving healthcare quality and delivery systems.
