OnPoint Medical Group is hiring a Pediatric Physician for its Highlands Ranch team to provide comprehensive pediatric care, exercise clinical judgment, maintain ethical and professional standards, collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues, and support practice operations. Physician Lead opportunities are also available for candidates interested in guiding clinical operations and practice growth. The full-time position offers a $170,000–$200,000 annual salary, performance bonus eligibility, a four-day workweek, PTO, CME reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible dependents, and other benefits.
