Description
The Physician provides direct primary care to FoundCare patients, including chronic disease management, minor procedures, family medicine, interdepartmental consultations, specialty referrals, and clinical supervision of mid-level staff and residents. The role requires an accredited medical school degree, an approved residency, a current unrestricted Florida medical license, DEA registration, continuing medical education, and two years of direct primary-care clinical experience. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
