Central Ohio Primary Care is hiring a full-time Physician Recruiter in Westerville, Ohio to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for physician and Advanced Practice Provider positions. The role builds specialty-specific pipelines, develops relationships with residency and fellowship programs, coordinates site visits and credentialing, negotiates offers, supports onboarding, and reports recruitment metrics. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of full-cycle physician or APP recruitment experience, and direct healthcare experience engaging residency or fellowship programs.
