Tryfacta is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 106-week contract assignment in Brooktondale, New York, working 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with alternating weekends in a secure juvenile correctional or residential setting. The role provides comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, health assessments, care-plan development, documentation, infection-control compliance, multidisciplinary collaboration, and staff training. Applicants must hold a current, active, unrestricted New York RN license and have experience with medication administration and management, along with clinical assessment, care-plan, documentation, infection-control, communication, and secure-setting experience.
