The role combines experimental laboratory work, optical and electro-optical system development, physics-based modeling, data analysis, root-cause investigations, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a PhD in experimental physics, electro-optics, applied physics, or a related field, along with significant hands-on experience with optical or electro-optical systems and tools such as MATLAB, Python, or Zemax.
