Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Scientific AI Engineer in Bangalore to develop AI models for semiconductor engineering. The role combines scientific computing, physics-based simulation, and machine learning to build surrogate models, operator-learning models, foundation models, and scalable training, validation, and deployment workflows. The engineer will collaborate with domain experts, publish technical innovations, and support adoption of Scientific AI across engineering applications.
