Description
The Physics Tutor will teach higher-level physics courses, including introductory physics, mechanics, electricity, quantum physics, and calculus, while demonstrating subject proficiency, helping students understand the material, teaching basic study techniques, and maintaining student records. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 30 semester hours of undergraduate or graduate physics teaching or tutoring experience; TI graphing calculator knowledge and instructional technology familiarity are preferred. Starting pay is $25, and employment is contingent on a criminal background check; sponsorship is not available.
