Continental is hiring an Industrialization Engineer to translate R&D requirements into production, oversee specifications and plant readiness, introduce new raw materials and compounds, lead industrialization and continuous-improvement projects, and support cost, KPI, and ESH objectives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Rubber Technology, or a related field, at least three years of material and compound experience, and strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and English skills.
