Nokia Optical Module Group is hiring a PIC Test Development Engineer to characterize photonic integrated circuit devices during production and development. The role involves designing test plans and algorithms, developing automated hardware and software, performing electrical, optical, and thermal probing, qualifying test stations, documenting solutions, and tracking project schedules. Candidates need semiconductor optoelectronic knowledge, hands-on characterization experience, programming and automation skills, and a degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, or an equivalent field with at least two years of applicable graduate-level or industrial experience.
