BMI Merchandise is hiring a full-time Picker/Packer in Lakewood, New Jersey. The role involves retrieving products from inventory, picking orders using RF scanners, staging orders for delivery, meeting productivity and quality standards, and regularly lifting or moving objects weighing 10–60 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of warehouse experience are preferred, along with communication, organizational, reliability, and overtime capabilities. The position runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
