Wolt is hiring a Picker for its Market operations in Israel. The role involves receiving and picking orders through an app, collecting and packaging products, handing them to customers and couriers, maintaining store order and cleanliness, and organizing merchandise. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 06:30–00:30, with flexible morning, lunch, and evening shifts, 5/4 shifts per week, and approximately 8 hours per shift. Compensation is 38 NIS per hour plus bonuses of up to 6 NIS per hour. Hebrew is required, along with proactiveness, service orientation, a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work shifts.
