Phillip Jeffries is hiring a temporary Picker/Packer for its Fairfield, New Jersey headquarters. The four-month, part-time role runs Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., scheduled for 20 hours per week, and pays $19.25 per hour. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and processing samples; meeting service-level expectations; improving fulfillment workflows; and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates must be able to read English documents and computer screens, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 60 pounds; prior fulfillment, order-pick, reach-truck, or forklift experience is preferred.
