Ferguson is hiring a Picking Manager to supervise a team of hourly associates on a second shift beginning at 2:00 pm. The role leads hiring, training, and professional development; coordinates picking and outbound shipping; maintains warehouse space, inventory accuracy, safety, and equipment security; and collaborates with shipping and the Shift Manager. Candidates need warehouse operations and logistics experience, management or supervisory experience, OSHA knowledge, and strong prioritization skills; robotics, conveyance, slotting, and material-handling equipment experience are preferred. The role pays $3,918.60 to $8,621.80 monthly and is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
