Description
The JCC of Greater Baltimore is hiring a part-time Pickleball Coordinator to deliver instruction and program leadership at its two locations. The role teaches classes, private lessons, and clinics; plans and administers leagues and tournaments; supports marketing and equipment; maintains participant records; and oversees safe, inclusive program operations. The position requires at least one year of experience teaching pickleball to groups of 4–8 or more participants, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $20 per hour for drop-in play and $50 per hour for instructor pay, with complimentary JCC membership and program discounts.
