Life Time is hiring a Pickleball Instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, deliver student-centered and rally-based instruction, grow lesson revenue, and provide member-focused customer service. The role involves teaching on court an average of 30 or more hours per week, developing safe and comprehensive programs, supporting tournaments and special events, maintaining pickleball facilities and equipment, and collaborating with membership and activities teams on sales efforts. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience, strong pickleball knowledge and teaching ability, customer service and communication skills, and must obtain IPTPA and/or PPR certification within six months of hire.
