Description
The Lead-Pickleball leads and manages club pickleball programming, including open play, clinics, mixers, leagues, tournaments, events, member engagement, scheduling, billing, and communication. The role teaches revenue-generating on-court programs, may supervise pickleball staff, and partners with Corporate Racquet Sports leadership on program strategy and marketing. Requirements include thorough pickleball knowledge, teaching experience, event-planning experience, customer service, Microsoft Office, communication and organization skills, CPR and AED certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; IPTPA, PPR, or USPTA certification is preferred. The position pays $25 per hour plus a 40% personal on-court revenue incentive and departmental performance incentive, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
