Description
Life Time is hiring a Pickleball Instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, demonstrate proper techniques and strategies, and support member engagement and sales. The role requires at least one year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and completion of an IPTPA or PPR certification within six months of hire. Compensation is $15 per hour or the applicable minimum wage, plus a 40% service incentive on eligible on-court revenue, with benefits including a subsidized membership and, for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
