Description
The Pickleball Instructor teaches private lessons and group programming, coordinates leagues and mixers, demonstrates proper techniques and strategies, and delivers on-court instruction averaging 30+ hours per week. The role also supports member experiences, facilities, equipment, sales, and team meetings. Candidates need customer service, communication, organization, and pickleball teaching skills, along with a high school education or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience; an IPTPA or PPR certification must be completed within six months of hire. The position pays the higher of $15 per hour or minimum wage, plus a 40% service incentive on eligible on-court revenue, and offers benefits including a subsidized membership and, for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
