Description
Life Time is hiring a Pickleball Instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, demonstrate and instruct students on court for an average of 30+ hours per week, develop member programs, and support sales and facility operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and completion of an IPTPA or PPR certification within six months of hire. The position pays the higher of $15 per hour or minimum wage, plus a 40% service incentive on eligible on-court revenue, and includes a fully subsidized membership and other benefits.
