Description
The Pickleball Instructor teaches private lessons and group programming, coordinates leagues and mixers, demonstrates proper techniques and strategies, and personally instructs students on court for an average of 30+ hours per week. The role also develops member experiences, supports sales and membership activities, and maintains pickleball facilities and equipment. Candidates need excellent customer service, pickleball knowledge, communication, organization, and the ability to work with all age groups; a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience are required, with an IPTPA or PPR certification completed within six months of hire.
