Description
The Pickleball Tournament Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing club pickleball tournaments. The role manages tournament applications, registrations, draws, court scheduling, marketing, customer service, participant support, court and equipment readiness, expenses, and post-event financial recaps. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of pickleball experience, relevant pickleball certification, CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
