The role manages staff setup, equipment and signage checks, ticket scanning, passenger tracking, reporting, safety documentation, vessel mooring, dock inspections, guest welcoming, and tour-upgrade promotion. The position requires commuting to Pier 40, working outdoors in all weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working 12-hour shifts on weekends and holidays. Compensation is $18 per hour plus a weekly bonus incentive.
