Rowan is hiring a Piercing Studio Nurse to perform safe, clinical ear piercings in a retail studio environment. The role combines customer service, sterile procedure care, aftercare education, inventory and instrument sterilization, studio operations, sales support, and flexible shift availability. Applicants need an active RN or LPN/LVN license; newly licensed nurses are welcome, and pediatric or ear-piercing training is a plus. Compensation is $28–$53 per hour, with an estimated $25 per hour in tips once fully trained, plus benefits for full-time employees.
