Life Time is hiring a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, develop client acquisition and retention, mentor instructors, and deliver customized private and semi-private Pilates sessions. The role requires comprehensive Pilates certification, experience progressing the Pilates method, leadership experience, three years of Pilates training, two years of sales experience, and CPR/AED certification. Compensation is commission-based, with full-time team members eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
