Life Time is hiring a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, develop client acquisition and retention, mentor instructors, and deliver customized private and semi-private Pilates sessions. The role requires comprehensive Pilates certification, experience progressing the Pilates method, leadership experience, three years of Pilates training, two years of sales experience, and CPR/AED certification. The position pays a base hourly rate of $16.90 plus incentive pay based on personal production and includes a fully subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and full-time medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
