Description
The Pilates Leader owns and grows the Pilates program, guiding clients and team members, driving acquisition and retention, customizing private and semi-private sessions, integrating Pilates apparatus, maintaining studio standards, and mentoring instructors. The role requires comprehensive Pilates certification, experience progressing the method and leading in the Pilates or fitness industry, three years of Pilates training experience, two years of sales experience, and CPR/AED certification. Compensation is commission-based, with full-time team members eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
