Life Time is hiring a Pilates Leader to guide and own the Pilates program, drive client acquisition and retention, mentor instructors, and deliver customized private and semi-private Pilates sessions. The role requires comprehensive Pilates certification, experience progressing the Pilates method, leadership experience, three years of Pilates training, two years of sales experience, and CPR and AED certification. Compensation is commission-based, with full-time team members eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
