Description
Club Pilates is hiring a full-apparatus Pilates Instructor to teach group reformer classes and lead dynamic fitness-based workouts at Boulder, Longmont, and/or Lafayette studios. The role includes instructing up to 12 clients, conducting private or additional sessions, inspecting equipment, maintaining a clean studio, assisting with membership sales, and promoting retail and services. Candidates need current full-apparatus Pilates certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent, group-class teaching experience, effective reformer instruction, and customer-service skills. Compensation is $40–$55 per hour, with blocked scheduling, employee status, retirement matching, unlimited studio membership, and health insurance through United Healthcare.
