Life Time is hiring a Pilates Instructor to provide personalized one-on-one and small-group Pilates instruction, use reformer, mat, tower, chair, and barrel apparatus, build client relationships, complete fitness-plan documentation, maintain studio cleanliness, and stay current with certifications and industry trends. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, comprehensive Pilates certification, training and certification in the listed apparatus, beginner-to-intermediate repertoire certification, one year of Pilates training experience, CPR and AED certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Sales experience is preferred, and the position pays a base hourly rate of $16.90 with incentive pay based on personal production.
