Description
The Pilates Leader owns and grows the Pilates program, guiding clients and team members, driving acquisition and retention, and ensuring consistent experience standards across the Pilates portfolio. The role provides personalized private and semi-private instruction, uses Pilates apparatus, maintains client documentation and studio organization, mentors instructors, and requires comprehensive Pilates certification, program-design experience, leadership experience, sales experience, and CPR/AED certification.
