Description
Dry Creek Structures is hiring a full-time Pile Buck / Pile Driving Hand to support heavy civil, foundation, bridge, excavation, and shoring crews. The role involves driving, setting, aligning, cutting, splicing, and removing pipe piles, sheet piles, H-piles, soldier piles, lagging, and shoring materials; rigging and guiding equipment; working around heavy machinery; performing layout and plumb checks; assisting with welding, cutting, drilling, bolting, and minor fabrication; and completing cleanup and equipment maintenance. The position requires physical labor, outdoor work in all weather, and adherence to safety procedures, with compensation of $30–$38 and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and profit sharing.
