Description
The employer offers a training program to develop crane operators for piling foundations across sites in East and West Flanders. Participants learn to operate piling rigs safely, read technical plans, work as part of a team, and develop independent responsibility. The role requires an interest in construction and technology, technical aptitude, flexibility to travel to sites and the Wortegem-Petegem base, and a strong commitment to safety and precision; prior crane-operator experience is a plus but not required. Compensation follows construction-sector pay scales PC 124, with benefits and a statutory mobility allowance.
