Description
Air Transat, in partnership with CAE, is offering a pilot training program through Ascension Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. This program is open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents with little to no flying experience, providing a pathway to become a pilot for Air Transat's medium-range aircraft. Upon successful completion of the 18-month program, participants will be hired by Air Transat and will operate A330 and A321 aircraft, flying to international destinations. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, and demonstrate ICAO level 4 English proficiency. Two cohorts start per year, in March and September. The application process involves answering questions, an assessment, and interviews, with a conditional letter of employment provided upon selection.
