Description
The Pilot Plant Operator will operate, control, and monitor pilot plants; assist with commissioning and decommissioning; conduct tests, document results, troubleshoot faults, and perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs. The role requires safety-conscious, independent, and precise work, shift availability, basic IT skills, and willingness to pursue further training. It follows a 34.2-hour workweek with a rotating five-shift schedule and offers a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 4,100 under the chemical-industry collective bargaining agreement.
