The Building Maintenance Technician performs general building maintenance across all sectors, including inspections, conservation and revitalization painting, plumbing repairs, equipment organization, order-of-service handling, material requisitioning, and internal-area maintenance. The role requires a complete high school education, a dynamic and organized profile, interpersonal skills, experience in related areas, and training in relevant occupational safety regulations.
