Optimized Process Designs is hiring a Pipe General Foreman for a jobsite in Baytown, Texas. The role leads multiple foremen and crews, assigns work, plans and schedules pipe installation, coordinates materials, spools, RFIs, welding, and NDE, and enforces safety and client procedures. Candidates need at least two years of general foreman experience, gas-plant construction experience, and experience leading teams of 40–50 people. The position requires travel, extended shifts, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
