Description
Whitaker Construction is hiring a full-time Pipe Layer to assemble, connect, install, and repair sanitary and storm-water sewer structures and pipe systems. The role includes measuring and cutting pipes, digging trenches, setting grades with lasers and transit levels, aligning and sealing pipe joints, installing manholes, and coordinating with excavating and construction teams. Applicants need at least two years of underground utility construction experience or equivalent education and experience, along with tool-operation, communication, teamwork, traffic-safety, and driver-license qualifications.
