Description
The local contractor is seeking Underground Pipe Layers for a long-term project in East Amherst, New York. The role involves digging trenches, laying concrete, operating trenching equipment, reading prints, installing, connecting, sealing, and repairing underground pipe for mains, sewer, and storm drains, using hand and power tools, compactors, hoists, and basic survey equipment, performing safety inspections, assisting with pipe-site construction, verifying grades and fittings, and cleaning feeder pipes.
