The Quality Control Inspector maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products and recording quality results. The role involves interpreting ASTM, ANSI, ASME, MSS, and ISO standards; using precision measuring equipment; training branch QA personnel; reporting work electronically; and maintaining inventory and service levels. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, precision-measuring-tool proficiency, specification-reading ability, forklift operation, a clean driving record, Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication and numerical abilities.
