Description
The Piping Stress Engineer performs detailed static and dynamic analyses of piping systems to ensure mechanical integrity, safe operation, and compliance with industry codes and client specifications. Responsibilities include seismic, wind, fluid-transient, fatigue, vibration, and offshore facility analyses; piping support design; load communication; stress reporting; code compliance; technical reviews; vendor documentation approval; and coordination with mechanical, process, structural, construction, commissioning, operations, and procurement teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 8–12 years of relevant experience in oil and gas piping stress analysis, and expert CAESAR II proficiency.
